TCV project experience at Parma Community General Hospital consists of multiple projects:
1) Open Heart Surgery Center / MRI: 1998 - this project was a 28,000 SF vertical and horizontal addition as well as renovations to the existing building. The $5 million project took 9 months to complete.
2) Ambulatory Surgery Center / MOB 4 / Bridge: 2001 - this project consisted of 24,000 SF Surgery Center, a 40,500 SF Medical Office Building and a 6,850 SF bridge back to the hospital 700 feet away. The $11 million project took 13 months to complete.
3) ICU Addition / ER Renovation: 2002 - this project consisted of 18,000 SF ICU Addition and a 24,000 SF Emergency Room renovation while occupied (added were Lobby renovations and a 7th floor Bariatric buildout). The $9 million project took 20 months to complete.
